
Molly Weston Williamson
Molly Weston Williamson is a policy expert whose work focuses on paid leave, Social Security, and the needs of a changing workforce. She is a Senior Fellow with the Center for American Progress and leads the policy work of Paid Leave For All. She was appointed by Gov. Ned Lamont to the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Paid Leave Authority, where she currently serves as Vice Chair. Previously, she was the Director of Paid Leave and Future of Work at A Better Balance and clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with high honors from Swarthmore College and received her J.D. from Yale Law School.
